These Terms of Service apply to your use of Tuftina and purchases from 1001738631 ONTARIO INC. ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or the authorization of a person who does. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and promptly tell us about corrections. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload malicious material, or use it for unlawful or infringing activity.

Product information

Review product descriptions, options, dimensions, specifications, compatibility, warnings, and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours. Product descriptions and any applicable mandatory rights remain part of your purchase; images do not excuse supplying an item that materially differs from its description.

Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may be unable to accept an order because of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an unsupported delivery address, or a payment problem. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, item prices, discounts, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and total displayed at checkout before paying. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion rates or fees if your account uses another currency. Available payment options are those displayed at checkout for your order; payment must be authorized before dispatch.

Any promotion is subject to the eligibility and duration stated with that offer. Product availability may change before an order is accepted. Nothing in these terms permits misleading prices, fabricated reviews, or false availability claims.

Delivery, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains processing and estimated delivery times. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellations, returns, faulty items, and refunds. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but do not limit remedies required by law.

Website content and third parties

Website content is owned by us or used with permission from its owners. You may use it for personal shopping purposes; other use requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party websites and payment services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Communications and complaints

We may send electronic communications needed to administer your order. For questions or complaints, contact contact@Tuftina.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We remain responsible for obligations applicable to us as a seller. Events outside reasonable control may affect performance; where that happens, we will explain the effect on your order and any available resolution. Such events do not remove your statutory rights.

Changes and interpretation

Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it. Applicable mandatory laws and protections continue to apply; these terms do not impose an exclusive court or require you to give up a lawful remedy.
